Directions to Downtown Portsmouth, NH

1. Take Exit 7 from Interstate 95.
2. Turn east toward the ocean on Market Street. Downtown Portsmouth is one mile. (At the fork, the Sheraton Portsmouth, stay to the left.)
3. For the main parking garage, the High-Hanover Garage (map), turn right off Market Street at Hanover Street.

Parking in downtown Portsmouth is 75 cents per hour in the High-Hanover public parking garage and $1 per at all metered spaces between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday thru Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. The parking garage is located within walking distance of all downtown attractions. Free parking is available a short walk from downtown.
